No Stars Wow staff are soooo aggressive. Ordered a no cheese pizza on the app. When I collected guess what cheese on there. Told they don’t control the app. And told had to pay again for the pizza. And watched as no control of allergens cheese just thrown over the counter. And cheese bits again on daughters pizza, you can’t write this can you. Avoid avoid avoid.

Dominoes I’m eating your pizza while watching the dominoes documentary on tv, why do you not put the amount of toppings on you should be. Ive just watched 28 pieces of pepperoni on a pepperoni passion, and I also could not see the tomato purée through the cheese, you need to start putting on what you should be. Seriously checking next time

I didn't want food from northfield branch due to past bad services, and then Rubery just passed my order back to Northfield branch, another under cooked pizza, thanks to Rubery/Northfield.. why pass your order to another branch.. so Dum...

Replaced items I’d ordered with other items without asking me because they were out of stock. Guy on phone was rude, promised a refund but it never materialised. Spent a fortune in there over the years. Won’t bother now. Be interesting to see how the recession works out for them!

Dietary restrictions: What a joke !!! The app wouldn’t let us order online despite trying 3 phones and cards then when we tried calling the shop were told that we can’t order Gluten free over the phone and use the website. Bit of a communication problem I think. Oh well Pizza Hut have just had £65.00 of my hard earned. Bad luck Dominoes.
