Had a Domex engineer visit us 4 times for an appliance problem. Didn’t have a clue what they was doing and eventually wrote off the appliance. The constant pulling and messing with the machine caused a water leak that damaged our kitchen units. Domex wanted nothing to do with the issue and make it incredibly hard to raise a complaint and actually have a conversation. They must think that customers flood their kitchen on purpose and it’s just a coincidence that it came from the appliance that they were supposed to fix! 🤔🤷♂️ Terrible service from a terrible company! Edit in view of their response. Of course we didn’t report the leak until after he BEM the machine. BECAUSE THATS WHEN HE CAUSED THE LEAK!!! We provided plenty of pictures you don’t want to admit liability because you are terrible at what you are supposed to do.
