Dishwasher broke and called out engineer and agreed to a 12 month plan costing circa £200. Engineer came out (after the agreed date to visit being pushed back several times) and in a slightly patronising tone told me it was my fault as a part (that I thought was broken) just needed simply putting back in place. Said it was fixed. Left and it broke again days later with the same fix. D&G advised engineer would visit 5 days later. Once again pushed back because they say they need to order a part. I suspect I could have chosen a better, quicker and more cost effective option. Service: Dishwasher repair
