We stayed in a property cleaned by this company. Didn't get access at allocated time as cleaners were still there 40 mins late. Hob hood very dirty and dust Under sofa/and bed clumps of hair/ dust blowing around. The windows and blinds were dirty and dusty. The fire place had old ashes in it. Overpromised, under delivered & expensive. Karen went through my holiday let telling me what would be covered in each turn around. The basic clean was good but blinds, drawers, cupboards weren’t touched. On 3 occasions the incoming guests found property left by the previous week’s guests. One complained about a dirty oven. The Divas themselves are lovely but work to an unrealistic schedule. Taking into account staff shortages caused by the pandemic & roadworks in the city I extended the changeover time by 2 hours yet on several occasions guests arrived whilst the Divas were still at the premises & on 3 occasions my guests arrived to find the house wasn’t ready. All resulted in adverse reviews on the lettings website. Karen, please don’t take on properties with grandiose promises when there aren’t enough staff to fulfil them. Absolutely fantastic cleaning company, they clean Domestic homes, holiday lets and commercial property. A great set of ladies that clean, really thorough! They clean everything from cobwebs, skirting boards. The ladies do a great job off any job too dirty, with fantastic results. I fully recommend Domestic Divas to anyone looking for top quality cleaning company.
