We have now used this cleaning company for over 5 years. We have a young family, large home and little time. They are consistent, prompt, reliable and do a great job. Our cleaner is brilliant, lovely, hardworking and trustworthy. The management are great to deal with and employ only the best. I don't have a bad word to say and their reputation is excellent — I hear the same from those who also use Domestic Bliss. Keep up the good work DB. Richard.

Appalling company to work for. Lovely clients who I feel sorry for thinking they are allowing 'Police Vetted' staff into their home's. I was never police vetted, checked, dbs checked by this company. I was provided with minimal cleaning equipment to clean with. Worst management I've ever delt with in my 30+ years of working history. Not given a reason for my sacking, but coincidentally was given my notice after handing in a sick note. After the job had already been advertised on Facebook. I received my notice in writing (with no reason) the day after. Yet I asked my father to take the sick note and clients key's to their office so they could still access the clients homes while I was off. If your happy to let someone in your house to clean though without any formal vetting. At least two of the staff still their do both do a great job. I'll miss the lovely clients, but not the diabolical pay for what you do. I won't miss washing all the clothes you use on a boil wash every night and only being paid for any petrol after you have (on new contract) travelled for 15miles from their office. To think I left a brilliant 4 year employment to go to this Micky mouse company just so I had weekend's off with my children! if you like working for £7.50 an hour,cleaning your equipment at home after you've finished, and being falsely advertised as police vetted by them. Go for it..if not stay well clear!
