Great service when they fixed a washing machine a few years ago. This time they advised that the problem (bearings) was probably best sorted by getting a new machine. They offered to order one but there was no pressure when I said I'd try to get a second hand one. She helpfully pointed out that the machine might start leaking oil onto the washing.
