I have had an error on my washing machine. I rang this firm yest and the engineer who I spoke to researched for me wot the fault could be. I was expecting a call out charge for a repair. He advised me of a few things I could do cleaning filters etc and try before incurring a service charge for a call out. My washer dryer working fine again thanks to this guys time and advice.
