A silly little company ran by a silly little man with a penchant for trousers that appear to have been filched off of Rupert the Bear himself. Small time letting agents that up until changes in the legislation ran a racket for shaking down tenants for "professional cleaning" in cahoots with a cash-in-hand friend. Fresh out the Anglo-Saxon School of Spivology but then what does one expect from letting agents I suppose? If it was a skilled profession that required any actual business acumen, there wouldn't be floods of the pillocks all over the land.
