I visited Doltons today for a downsize of a ring, After having previously been told that such a repair wasn’t possible due to the amount it needed to downsized by (6) I tried Doltons on the basis of one last hope, I’ve just picked the ring up and it’s been done to the highest standard you could imagine, the ring looks better than new and couldn’t be more thankful for the lady behind the counter and the gentlemen carrying out the repair, amazing service and extremely helpful would 100% recommend to anyone that needs a high quality Jeweller. I am so pleased I had taken my engagement ring here to be resized. Very friendly staff especially the lovely lady on reception. Other jewellers stated they could not resize the ring due to how many sizes I would have to go down and there being a high chance of damage to the ring. Doltons informed me of the similar risks but informed me this could be possible and they did it. It meant a lot that I could still keep my engagement ring and not have to exchange it. The ring is perfect even more sparkling like how I first got it. As an added bonus I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was to do this and how quick it was in getting this done. Thank you very much. I highly recommend!
