The most disappointing service and people!!! In a nutshell: never walk into this shop if you don't want your clothes or mood to be ruined I never write reviews and I am contributing the first review of my life to this dry cleaner. I have never met such an unreasonable and shameless shop in my life!!! I sent my pair of trainers to be washed and asked for the price (over £10) I was given a ticket to pick them up but there was no price marked on it. Not only did they not wash them in the time promised but they were not clean. So I gave my feedback and they agreed to wash them for me until they were clean enough. Once again, they promised to wash it in three days, but I arrived on time and once again they found an excuse that it wasn't done. Eventually three weeks later I finally got the shoe. It hadn't changed from before the re-wash and I was told the cost of the wash had become 40£! I don't want to talk about how they couldn't clean my shoes because they were too dirty. (Although this is also ridiculous) I mean, if you want to charge any additional fees, you have to tell me beforehand. Isn't that a consumer right? If you've read this far, then please don't walk away, what happens next is even better. I, of course, refused to pay this ridiculous price. The reasoning was simple, I wasn't getting the service I wanted and was taken off for three weeks for no reason. I tried to find a compromise solution and tried to communicate calmly. But she didn't feel sorry at all and pointed her finger at me through the whole conversation! There was a complete lack of even the most basic respect. My boyfriend tried to help me but the lady ignored his words and asked him directly where he was from. And the look and tone of voice was racist! This is the most ridiculous shop and the most ridiculous service I have come across in years!!!
