Disabled wet room and door widening Commenced March 2021 still incomplete 4 floods through dining room floor and light fitting. 2 ruined dining tables and light. Tiles falling off Shower surround falling apart and leaking. Shower seat fell apart. Tap coating coming off. Cheap 'disabled toilet' from B&Q Terrible tiling and grouting Door architraves rough unsanded wood. No response to emails or phonecalls. Currently no working shower or dining room light. Top lights off at mains. Out of hours service useless. What a way to treat disabled customers. DO NOT USE!!!!!

My through floor lift was due it's 6 months service. Joe the engineer came out today. He did a very thorough job of the service. He was polite, pleasant but most of all respected my home whilst carrying out the service. Although he hasn't worked for the company long, he had a good knowledge of the lift and answered any questions I had. Credit where credit is due, Joe is a credit to the company and his work ethic was second to none, and most of all Dolphin came out on the day that was booked.

AN UPLIFTING EXPERIENCE. Just this week I was fortunate enough to have my new Arjohuntleigh V5 Duo ceiling track system installed by Dolphin Lifts Midlands, courtesy of Birmingham City Council. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I received excellent service from everyone from the office/administration team to the fitters Greg and Connor. I would recommend Dolphin Lifts Midlands Ltd to anyone and say that they give me complete peace of mind in all my dealings with them.
