As a prior employee of Dolphin Homes I can tell u honestly that the company ain't great overall, some homes may be a bit better than others, some worse. Standard of care probably average or slightly below it. And staff will probably not always get paid on time, so not the most caring "care" company you could want to work for, or obtain care from.
