Was really enjoying my lessons with my little boy, unfortunately lessons starting getting canceled for many reasons I understand and appreciate this is not dolphin baby’s fault as it was down to the gym/pool however the way it was handled was very poor, lessons cancelled on multiple occasions for many different reasons and I was never offered any make up lessons for the missed ones, I had to ask myself to make up for the lost lessons. In 5 weeks my son only had 2 lessons and one of them was a make up for a missed one (that I asked for) i asked for my membership to be canceled and a refund looked into and sent multiple messages on this only to be ignored, my messages was already replied to any other times but not when I was asking for a refund which I believe I was very fair to say i had not received the lessons I basically paid a full month and no lessons and still now I have had no communication Such a shame as I actually enjoyed the lessons and so did my little boy but I couldn’t continue anymore having lessons missed. The lessons are great but I feel everything could of been handed so much better when it came to customer service

I have been taking my daughter for classes for about 8 months now and she absolutely loves it. She’s recently moved up from splashers to swimmers class, a few weeks before she turned 2. Amanda is great with all the children & has ways of making things fun to keep them interested whilst they are learning. It’s definitely a challenge to keep little ones interested but Amanda does it so well. And my daughter has been improving so much recently. We both look forward to our Thursday class. :)

My daughter is now 3 and has been having lessons with Dolphin babies since she was 6 months old; the lessons are fantastic and I'm always amazed by the skills she has at such a young age eg swimming independently (with arm bands), holding on to the side of the pool for safety and jumping in to the water. We have had lessons with Becky, Amanda and Paige; all are very engaging and encouraging, lessons are great fun, but there is also the opportunity to take things slower and be lead by your little one if they are unsure; this has made a massive difference and has encouraged my little girl to carry on swimming as well as giving me confidence.

The best swim school in the area. I take my niece, she is swimming 5m unaided at 2 years old! Becky has such a professional and gentle manner. We always feel safe, reassured and happy! We’ve also had Amanda too who is full of life and energy, the kids adore her. As a swimming teacher myself I would highly recommend. Fantastic lessons.
