Wanted a bike with my choice of spec bought a Dolan Touno. Waited an extra couple of weeks but it’s brilliant. Feels very responsive and comfortable. On my regular rides I’m beating my previous times which encourages me to push on. 4 stars as I thought they could have advised me that bike would be late due to delivery of parts, but bike 5 stars.

I had a really good experience with Dolan. I purchased a Dolan GXC. They were helpful from the beginning. Went to their headquarters near Manchester, had an initial fit with Sam who is knowledgeable and had some good suggestions. I went for a smaller frame than initially thought and I'm pretty happy. Further communication with John was quick and efficient. The bike is really good, everything was well assembled. The custom colour is really well made. Delivery was very quick. Top recommendation for Dolan. For my further bikes I'll probably do the same. Highly recommended to do a bike fit before investing in a bike. Thanks Dolan!

Just took delivery of my new GTX gravel bike Its a brilliant bike, I have 3 titanium bikes now but I have to say this is my favourite . Been on a couple of test rides do far and am really impressed I was a little worried about the 1x set up but because of the wide range I had no problem with the hills on my test rides John and the team at Dolan were brilliant at offering help and advice all the way through the process and my bike arrived earlier than expected A lot of other on line retailers could learn from the Dolan team on how to give good customer service , Well done and thanks you guys

Recently received my order of an Ares in Stealth after only 20 working days (30 is what they advertise). Staff were extremely helpful, there was lots of communication and a free bike fit was included in the price. They bikes are excellent quality, very light and very good value for money. This was the first time I bought a brand new bike and I can definitely say it was worth the price.

Fantastic customer service - the team go the extra yard to make picking up your bike a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. Great after service as well with follow up emails just checking everything is good. Couldn’t recommend enough.
