We absolutely love Dogs Downtown for our mini dachshund, Pippa. Everyone is so lovely to work with coordinating details, attentive and loving to her - a bonus is getting to check up on her while we are away via their Instagram account. Pippa loves hanging out with all of her doggy friends - highly recommend!

Shortly after getting our precious furbaby (Lady Bella the Boston Terrier) we had stumbled across the most lovely doggy hotel profile via Instagram, which was perfect timing as we needed such a service as this for when we were both out at work all day! We checked out the website, made a call and went on around to the property to check it all out! We are very impressed with what we saw, which included the set-up inside & outside and most of all the owners that would be doing all of the work taking care of our Lady Bella. Lady Bella is always so happy and excited to see Kris & Natasha and adores spending time at the doggy hotel socializing with the other dogs, which has done her the world of good as she was socialized from a young age! So massive thanks to the team at the best doggy day care in West London!

Overly expensive, dirty, rude people, place smelled like a drug infused brothel, owners ask us three times to pay in cash via text while we were on vacation. Our dog came back sick! Once I have more time I will write a detailed review about our awful experience. In the meantime this place can not be recommended!
