Not impressed. Open time, there were very few dogs to see. I'd had an email about DT being overwelmed with dogs. No evidence here. No mention of fostering although email (head office I guess) were needing foster carers. Seemed a lack of enthusiasm!

How does all of this work applied for numerous dogs but yet communication is terrible they do not get back to you and how are you supposed adopt a dog if none of this happens. I've been looking for a dog for weeks now but I'm not going to apply for every single dog as that shouldn't have to happen. Please sort out this bad communication it's not good at all.

I can't praise them highly enough. From our first visit, we found the staff to be warm and welcoming. The centre is clean and the dogs loved and well cared for. Post adoption support is exceptional, happy to help with behaviour issues. I would suggest a visit rather than online, its a different experience.
