Dogs trust west Calder- can't fault them have had 3 wonderful dogs from there with no issues at all. Dogs trust glasgow shouldnt be allowed to even have Dogs in their kennels!!! We adopted a dog 9 months ago. An older dog as it was for mum and she felt an older dog would suit her better. Picked him up, was told he could stop his medication as soon as the stuff they had given us was finished, also told there was nothing wrong with his ears or his breathing when questioned. Fast forward 2 months and the poor dog is in the vet with a perforated ear drum due to an untreated ear infection that the vet said had to have been there well before we got him. Mum also had to keep forking out for more medication as our vet told us we couldn't stop his medicine - ever!!! And today we are told he has a massive tumour in his chest that is compressing his wind pipe (which was probably the breathing issues we noticed last December!!!) And we're having to have him euthanized on Saturday morning. I now have an absolutely devastated mother who fell in love with a dog that she's only had to love for 9 months!!!! They mustve known how ill this dog was and as our vet has said "seen my mother coming a mile off" absolutely disgusting service. Will NEVER USE DOGS TRUST GLASGOW EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
