Simon has been so great and precise with personalised training that I have been recommending him to everyone! I had troubles with toilet training for my puppy and crate training but working with Simon has turned things around 360 for us! I was getting so stressed about these aspects with my puppy and not being able to resolve them prior to Simon's advice. His post-session advice and how welcoming he is of updates really helps too. If there was an option to give Simon more than 5 stars we would! We have a very confident toy Jackapoo, a nervous Romanian rescue and an extremely fearful Chihuahua. Our end goal was to be able to take all 3 of them out on a pack walk together and we managed to do that during our first session! Simon is so knowledgeable, so patient and so kind. Even outside of our sessions he offers words of wisdom and encouragement which is greatly appreciated. We are so happy to have found him and to have his support. Thank you Simon!
