  Dogknows walk both our dogs. They are professional, caring and clearly love their jobs. Our dogs can't wait to get to their walkers everyday. They are responsive and flexible. We trust them entirely and they often let themselves in and out of our home to let the dogs in or pick them up. Nothing is too much trouble. A perfect service!

  Dogknows are amazing dog walkers, dog lovers and puppy trainers! Our little Frenchie Charlotte has been with them since she was 7 weeks old (starting with puppy play and train sessions and then moving on to park walks). She absolutely loves going for her walks with the whole team and has so much fun with the other dogs! Emma and her team clearly love dogs and really feel like an extended family for us and Charlotte. We have also used their boarding services when we have been away and have been so happy with it - we were kept up to date on how Charlotte was and sent pictures which was much appreciated. Overall a superb service I would recommend to anyone looking for their dog to have fun socialising and playing with other dogs with Emma’s fantastic team of walkers!

  We have been with Dogknows for 10+ years now and they have always been amazing. Our 2 dogs love their walkers who have utmost care for the dogs. They are 100% reliable and incredibly flexible. They have had the dogs to stay for weekends and when we have been on holiday. We trust them so much; we had a walker stay in our house with the dogs.

  Emma and her team are by far the best dog walkers we have ever used. We never need to worry knowing our beloved miniature dachshund is being well looked after and is having a great time with her second family. The booking portal is easy to use but Emma is easily contactable should we need to make any amendments which have always been accommodated. We love coming home to read the diary left by Emma and team so that we know where they have been that day and if there’s anything else we need be aware of. We have had a number of walkers over the years and Dog Knows are far superior in every way. We also regularly use their boarding services when we go away and wouldn’t dream of leaving our fur baby anywhere else.

  I highly recommend Dogknows for anyone looking for a professional and caring dog walking service. Dogknows has been a 2nd family for our mini dachshund for the last 3 years, having looked after him since he was a few months old. He goes for group walks during the week where he gets to play with other dogs and get some exercise. In addition, when we go away on holiday, we use their boarding service and has a holiday of his own. The owner is professional, friendly and absolutely loved by our dog, I can't recommend Dogknows enough.

  Dog Knows has a very specific way of booking at least 48 hours in advance and via a website portal. If you have the kind of work like mine that at the best of times can’t provide a schedule until the last minute, this isn’t the company for you as they have little to no flexibility. My experience with Dog Knows Greenwich started off quite well. I had a superb relationship with the owner’s second in command. My dog and my family loved her and luckily for me she herself was extremely flexible, had brilliant communication skills, and was willing to accommodate last minute bookings and schedule shifts to the best of her ability. Sadly she had to move cities so I was left to try to continue arranging care for my puppy via the owner. Unlike her colleague, the owner’s communication skills are less polished. She rarely if ever answers calls or texts and I was left guessing if messages were received. I booked nearly a week’s worth of day care in advance while my partner and I would both be out of town. Before this, the owner had taken on a new walker that was allocated to me, without giving me the opportunity to meet them before handing over my keys. So the first time I met them was actually when they let themselves into my house to return the dog while I was home. They also brought back someone else’s dog lead. I wasn’t comfortable with how that was handled, so I alerted the owner of the lead mix up and expressed to her that it would have been better to have had an introduction with the new walker first. Within hours she sent me an email saying she was dropping me as a client. I had no warning and she bailed on a nearly a week’s worth of daycare that I had booked which left me scrambling to find cover for before we left town. I also had to chase her to return my house keys and lead. So my takeaway is that my experience with this company was pretty terrible, but with one particular employee at the start it was pretty excellent. Be warned that if the owner decides she no longer wants to work with you, she won’t hesitate to drop you at a moment’s notice no matter what kind of upheaval it might cause you, and don’t expect to meet your walkers in advance. If that doesn’t bother you, you’ll be fine. The positive side is that it’s forced me to be up front with other walkers and let them know my schedule can be chaos so there is transparency and understanding up front. I think I may have found a better company that suits my need for flexibility and last minute changes, and a walker with better communication skills. All the things Dog Knows couldn’t provide me.
