If i could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend. On Wednesday my grandparents Cavapoo went in for a summer cut. The groomer also cut her (quite noticeably) on her privates and have denied responsibility; telling them only when they collected her that she had “knots” and would probably lick it as they cut it short… when my nan called to inform them they had actually cut the dog (after my nan had cleaned up blood and taken her to the vets who confirmed she had been cut by the groomers) they denied it! And tried to say it was just because the dog was licking and the manager had checked her before she was collected and found that she was fine…absolutely appalling. Left the poor girl in pain, reluctant to go on her walks, or toilet. If they hadn’t lied and had accepted responsibility this review wouldn’t have been needed.

Dolly Doodle has been going to Doggroomology all her life. 7yrs. Joined 2 yrs later by my cockapoo Romeo. Dolly has a big op on her leg 3 months ago and couldn't be groomed because she was housebound so when she was allowed out beginning of Feb she was a curly mess. Becca and the girls took so much care and time with her, giving her the breaks she needed. Becca showed so much compassion for her as she was still in pain and limping. I can't recommend Doggroomology enough. I would never go anywhere else. Owner Rebecca is pretty special too. Thanks lovely girls . 5stars.

The groomer called if I could attend 3 hours earlier than my actual appointment because they had a massive 3 hour window so I rearranged my work and at the end they charged me £5 for being late 15 minutes for collection! Very disappointed as I have done them a favour, be careful all.
