Kid-friendliness: Literally our bad experience started as soon as we set foot into the place. The manager told us that push chairs are not allowed! Perhaps they should put a sign with age restriction at their front door if they don’t want families with children! Not only did we feel not welcomed but the manager at the restaurant could not stop with the “instructions” and gestures! I have never been to a restaurant that tells us to keep the place tidy and clean as we had children with us. The manager was hovering over us continuously in an uncomfortable way but It all went down when the waitress received “orders” to tell our children not to spill food on the table or chairs. We were deeply disturbed by this that we left immediately. The protocols of “welcomes”, “thank-you”s only made us feel insulted! and regardless of the food quality or reputation, This has been the most disturbing experience we have ever had in a restaurant! Wheelchair accessibility: Tight spaces.. narrow entrance Difficult access even for people without aid!

• The head Chef was racist towards my friends and I • She(the head chef) was eavesdropping on the conversation we were having and tried to confront a friend of mine on her comment on the food. • A friend of mine gave the waiter her leftovers to please package for her and the waiter threw it away and claimed she thought she was done with the food even after she had specifically told her to pack the leftovers up. • They DEMANDED that we(my friends and I) pay SERVICE CHARGE , According to Uk law,service charges are ENTIRELY OPTIONAL and there is no obligation to pay, however the head chef didn’t let us leave without paying the service charge which amounted to over 30 pounds. • With all this the food was let’s say a 3/10 and 3 because today is a Sunday!!!.
