I could easily give 10 stars for the fantastic service Pedro and Francisco have provided for my furchild Snowy. From the moment he met them he has been happy and excited and they became part of the family over the past 2 years. I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing care they give to the dogs and the way in which they listen and implement specific training requests such as making him sit at the front door so that he learns thresholds and keeps him safe. He is always sat at the front door at 9:15 knowing they were coming and be super excited every day to see them. We receive so many wonderful pictures and videos of their adventures with him and we’re always given updates throughout the day. Great people and Snowy loves them very much!!

These were the best dog walkers ever - we tried lots of day cares and walkers and these chaps came out levels above - Pedro and Francisco - our dog was super happy with these guys and always excited to see them. He was always kept in a pack of dogs where they got on, we got sent lots of updates, the walkers stayed the same and they knew pickles well, they were super flexible within reason when we wanted a double walk or a single walk, pickles was always shattered after a walk so got lots of play and exercise and would wait at the door for them every morning it was the highlight of his day. We especially like how they kept consistency with our training like recall, interaction with other dogs and sitting by doors and roads. This was a personalised service where the dogs are kept safe and happy. They also helped us through some behaviour and social issues pickles was having. Couldn’t rate them high enough - we actually made sure when we moved rental property to be within their catchment zone and chose a house based on that they were so good. If we hadn’t moved abroad we would have kept using them all his life.

What great guys - Francisco and Pedro really enjoy putting dog packs together that share the same energy. My dog gets so much from his walks with them because they allow them to run and play together. A joy to see and my Reg the Cockerpoo has a well earned rest after. His owner - Victor, also.

What a team!!! Abbie, Angie, Francisco and Pedro have all been beyond fantastic with our doggie duo. We love how both of our dogs wait expectantly for Abbie and Angie (A&A) to knock on the front door. We can tell they are as excited to see our pooches as our pooches are to see them. The team are super reliable, never miss a beat and they have helped us out in a huge way with dog sitting. If Google allowed more than 5 stars, we'd be going to the max possible!!

We can't say enough amazing things about the Dog Shepherds team. Our dog Daisy has been part of their pack for 6 months and we've been so impressed by the level of care. Not only does she have a great time and get in a ton of exercise (as we get to watch every week the video updates they send us), but we've also seen so much behavioral improvement thanks to the Dog Shepherds team's dedicated training. They genuinely love and care for each dog, and have been an amazing support system - they went above and beyond when Daisy was experiencing some scary health issues. We take so much comfort in knowing that Daisy is in amazing hands whether it's during her weekday walks!
