Fenced area, ideal for letting your 4 legged friend run and sniff as they like, but very uneven for the elderly or those with mobility issues, many potholes, also not everyone picks up after their dog, so watch where you tread... gets very muddy as soon as it rains, expect to find others using the area, other dogs can be large and boisterous... quiet corner so be aware.
