Went today to only send my provisional licence and they tried to complicate things even more. How can someone who works in the post office not know any information about sending important documents? They tried to get extra money off me since they must think I’m naive and not know how much I should be paying, they’ve said I needed someone to sign off that it’s my ID even though I got a British passport and I just wasted time going to another post office when they could of just had professional workers there...
