Fantastic day care, management and staff are excellent. My little frenchie loves coming here and I know he is well looked after as I get little updates all the time from the team telling me what he's been doing who he has played with that day, what parties have went on that day. Unfortunately, my frenchie has started to develop allergies but we are not sure what to at the moment and the full team have actively made the effort to not clean around him and keep a close eye on him even though I didn't request them to do so which shows how much they care about the dogs that go there. I have been with Carrie's day care coming up a year now and I could not fault anything about it. My frenchie is always so tired after having fun all day and then rushes back the next day to do it all again. I would honestly be lost without this service.

We have been using Carrie’s since our puppy was 11 weeks old, she is now nearly 7 months and it’s fair to say she absolutely loves it! The team there always give us feedback at the end of each day to let us know what she’s been up to which is the highlight of my day when she’s at day care. Thank you all for always being on hand to help last minute and the care and time you have put into caring for Isla and safely socialising her.

We were introduced to Carrie's Dog Day Care by a veterinary assistant who had worked closely with Carrie over the years. Our dog was bought during lockdown, so our initial dealings with Carrie were remote. There were lots of teething troubles with our puppy, and without Carrie's guidance, I have to say, we'd have given him up. Carrie knew immediately how we could work with Ernies temperament, to build relationships. And we did it! Ernie passed his courses and training. But the support never ends. We know we can call on Carrie when we hit issues and she'll be there with advice. Ernie is now 2 and a well mannered dog. Ernie goes to Day Care every Friday, and literally runs to the car, runs to the door and then runs to the staff! He absolutely loves it! Ernie also goes to be groomed here was well. I have to say if you have a very nervous dog, look no further. The groomers are amazing! Amazing team.
