Be wary of their cancellation fee. They charged me as soon as they read my message (confirmed by my bank) but then, when I phoned to ask if someone else could bring the dog in, tripped over whether the slot had been filled or not and, I suspect, it had been. If it was, well, I guess you got a free £55. My understanding in years of working in an NHS setting is that you never charge at the point of cancellation but only after you aren't able to fill the gap. Not minutes after seeing the cancellation message. Just a bit off putting.

Hadn't been to dofos in years but recently discovered they sell raw dog food which is great cuz I'm sick of have to spend over £40 to order online then pay for a special delivery service that costs a fortune but takes like a week to arrive 😭 I kinda expected it to be insanely expensive at dofos but the prices are actually pretty good. A couple of things were slightly more expensive than I was paying before, but other stuffs a bit cheaper so ends up costing about the same but I'm saving on delivery fees now. Staff seem nice too :)

Staff are friendly but their products are heavily marked up. Example (20l catsan litter £18.75. and it's £14.99 anywhere else.) They are actually ripping people off and smiling at you whilst they do it...

I popped in today looking for Christmas pressies and advice for my own dog and I could not recommend Dofos more. The sales associate spent lots of time with me and gave great recommendations. It is amazing to have such a reasonably priced independent pet shop who really care about their customers!
