    I visited Dave at Doer cycles recently, for him to have a look at my rear wheel which had developed a number or cracks between the spokes. After seeing the wheel, instead of him supplying me with a new one, he established that the bike might still be in warranty and phoned the supplier on my behalf. As a result of his interaction, I was able to get a replacement set of wheels under warranty from Trek. Dave mentioned to me that he’d probably just lost himself some business, but I was so impressed with his customer service, that as a result, I will definitely be back. This is a guy you can trust.
