Fake news from Amy, Document Logic don't sell Ricoh. My own experience is only a positive one. I now have 2 Xerox Versant 180's through Document Logic and can't fault either the machines or the service. Lovely people, easy to deal with, professional and know what they're talking about. I used to have Konica's but the Versant is different gravy, and the service from Xerox is also fantastic. You couldn't be in better hands!
