Took my scooter in for a simple tyre replacement back in Nov 2022, thought all was good until now when my tyre had another flat. My scooters original tyre was tubeless, when we recent replaced the tyre we found a tube in the tubeless tyre. What had happened is that Dr scooter inserted an inner tube in my original tyre that had a puncture and charged me for a full tyre replacement. AVOID this company with all costs. To the laymen like the majority of the public we do not know a scooby about fixing scooters and therefore cannot verify whether your scooter has been fixed properly or not. This company takes the majority of the public for a ride and deceives us by performing a quick fix but charging for a repair/replacement that did not occur.
