Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The replacing of the door locks (one of which was a last minute add-on to the original request) was done quickly. He had all the necessary extras with him to complete the job. We also became a bit more educated about locks! Price was reasonable for the peace of mind it gave us. I would definitely recommend him.

I contacted Jason because one of external door locks was faulty. I sent him an image of my lock and he was able to identify the part and ring me with a quote almost straight away. He came out the same day with the correct part and repaired my lock. I was really pleased with the job he did, he quoted a very fair price and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Firstly, I want to say what amazing service was given. I lost my keys on a night out and contacted Jason on a Sunday. He didn’t have to but came straight to me from the other side of Birmingham within an hour on a day off. Greatly appreciated and want to thank him again. Secondly, it didn’t take him long to complete the job, I was in my flat within a couple of minutes. Amazing Job. Lastly, Jason was friendly, accommodating and helpful. He knew his stuff, even with my poor description. I would definitely recommend Jason, for any of your locksmith needs, he saved me on a SUNDAY!
