Worst service ever. I turned up to my video appointment on time and waited over an hour. While I was still waiting I received an email telling me I failed my test because I didn't show up. I couldn't get through to customer service and when I tried to send an email their server blocked me. I needed this test to go to the Philippines. My holiday is now ruined.

I was extremely nervous about using DOCHQ to get a proctored covid test which we needed before boarding a ship. I found setting up the appointment (and changing it) quite easy. The day of the test, I received a reminder e-mail giving me a link to click 5 minutes prior to our test time. A message on the screen asked us to make sure the camera and mic were available. I thought they were but my hubby and I are old and didn’t realize that we had to go into settings on my Apple Pro and turn the camera and mic on for the Chrome browser. When time had passed and we didn’t get connected, I called and they were very helpful and got our testing done even though our appointment time had passed. I highly recommend them (and making sure you have turned on your camera and mic!) Great service and great price!
