Amazing place. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very calm. At the front desk everything was clearly explained, including the pricing for the piercing and earrings. They have signs on the walls indicating the fainting procedure, which was fantastic to see, everything was very clean and sanitary, they give a countdown for doing the piercing and explain every step along the way, and sell saline for cleaning at the front desk. They also give you a detailed information sheet about aftercare which is very helpful for first timers. I went in for a double lobe in one ear, and the piercer who did mine was absolutely lovely, and fully understood the assignment with my wonky nemo earlobe 😂 she double checked placement, and made sure I was happy afterwards. They look fantastic, and didn't even swell up or get irritated at all! I was nervous about getting a piercing, and felt very reassured and got through it without feeling panicked at all. The pain was about a 6/10 as the needle went in, and then down to like a 2 almost immediately. The rest of the day it only hurt if i accidentally knocked the piercing, and the day after its like a 1/10 when cleaning it. Less bad than a papercut, and i was in and out in about 15 minutes at most. I got rainbow chrome earrings, and it all only cost £41, for just plain silver its £35, which is incredibly reasonable pricing especially with the quality of the service. Ive seen people pay far more for far worse. If you're nervous about piercings, definitely go here!! They give you a lollipop at the end ❤

I had my daith pierced with Megan, who was lovely and friendly and was with very little pain. I had this piercing done for migraine reasons and I went in with a headache and came out without one. Paul was also very helpful and friendly, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back whether that be for a change in my jewellery or for another piercing. The whole shop is immaculate.
