    I have a leak in my commercial property. I was just called “quite pathetic” (via email) by mr. Ajay Tohani for enquiring about the repairs of this leak for the third time (after my emails were being ignored for 4 working days). This is not the first time I am being patronized by Mr. Tohani. Maybe I am being treated like this by him because I am a woman, or maybe because he is related to the landlord of the property I am leasing. I hope the agency makes sure I never have to speak with him again. Everyone else I dealt with at the agency were friendly, helpful, respectful and professional.

    Former tenant of a property this company ‘manage’ AVOID I strongly advise against using this company to manage your property. As a former tenant I found the company to be unresponsive and uncaring. Simple things like replacing a broken extractor fan took 2-3 months. We unfortunately had some issues within the property which we understand can take time to resolve, throughout the process Dobbin and Sullivan were unhelpful, slow to move things forward, did not provide updates when they promised and we were generally made to feel like a nuisance when calling- even when we had no use of our shower. Please think twice about using this company, they are in my experience incompetent and lazy and do not care about the tenants in the properties they manage.

    I am disgusted. Very bad selling tactics. I put in an offer for a property. It cost £50 to put in an offer. This is day light robbery. I believe 4 other individuals put in an offer for the same property. ONLY TO BE TOLD 2 WEEKS LATER THAT MY OFFER WAS NOT ACCEPTED. I LOST OUT ON £50 OF MY HARD EARNED CASH. Asked for a refund, no reply. I feel that because they deal with council properties, they think it's okay to over charge for their services. I welcome any feedback. Please comment below ant feedback.
