From 10 years of visiting Dobbies at least twice a month to enjoy their sublime luxury hot chocolate I had to make do with a pot of earl grey tea as the doc has said, "cut back on sugar". That said the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere in the cafe was rather nice from us oldies to mums with babies and carers with their charges made it all very relaxing. Yes we did actually shop in the main store. In

The staff in the cafe are superb. They are friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the food leaves a lot to be desired. If we order something that needs to be cooked and then brought to our table it is fine, but if we choose something that is out on the hotplates it is invariably almost cold by the time it gets to our table. It has put us off ordering any hot food in the cafe
