My partner and I spent an hour or so looking around the plants and had a coffee in their restaurant. The staff are, without exception, a real credit to the company who should be very proud of then. The prices in the restaurant are competitive and the food and drinks are top quality. The plants are, in my opinion, a little highly priced but one can't argue that they are in first class condition. The old adage that you get what you pay for rings true.

We had a Tea for two booked for the 6th May, we had the savoury plate added over all the food was okayish, (definitely not delicious nor celebratory)You cannot select what sandwiches you would like, sausage rolls needed a microscope to find the sausage sadly. On arrival we had to ask at the counter where we were to sit & explain that we had a tea booked. They proceeded to pour a pot of tea, oblivious to our specialty cream savoury tea with alternate hot drinks, already ordered & paid for. Totally disorganised! We were sat right next to the condiments station over looking an open storage unit. Our table was dirty, no table cloth, no decorations, drinks sloshed on arrival, food flomped down, So sad! The kitchen manager promised a refund to us as the only party of 2 in that day, no refund has been actioned? On checking bank yesterday.

We had a delicious lunch today, the salmon and broccoli quiche was really tasty, the staff were extremely helpful as I'm allergic to garlic which is not on many allergy lists, they even left the salad dressing off for me! Felt great that, despite being busy, they found time to check it for me, thankyou xx
