Very unprofessional and unreliable. I booked an appointment for microblading but Donna cancelled it on the day I was due to go stating childcare problems. I booked another appointment and on the same day she cancelled again stating the same reason. And not even an apology! You have to constantly chase your appointment as you get no reply to texts or emails. Save yourself the hassle of being messed around and book somewhere else. I have since spoken to someone else who told me that they have heard before about how unreliable they are. I wish I had spoken to this person before. Very unprofessional.If I could give zero stars I would.

Complete disregard for clients' time and poor organisation. I've booked an appointment and turned up five minutes early. After being greeted, I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby. When asking what was going on I was told I had to wait some more before the beautician could see me. In the end I had to cancel as my lunch break was nearly over.

Amy did a lash lift for me, for my holiday. I was amazed at the results and it lasted around 8 weeks!! Definitely getting it done again for this years holiday. I also had dermaplaning, my skin felt so fresh and clean. She’s fantastic at what she does and really puts you at ease. Highly recommend these ladies.

Would feel uncomfortable naturally as a guy going to a clinic for something but I had skin boosters done on my face and was made extremely comfortable and the girls go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Good conversation and clean and friendly environment. Very professional highly recommend. Thanks 🙏🏼

Showed up for my appointment on Saturday morning after confirming online, via Instagram and via text 24H before the appointment only to be told that the person who was supposed to be there for my treatment had gone to a wedding. We can all assume this wedding wasn't a last minute thing. I was told that they would contact me within 10 mins but I still haven't heard anything 24H later or had any sort of apology. Unfortunately there's not an option to give 0 stars but if you are planning on visiting here, particularly for a special occasion or before you go on holiday as I was then I would think twice and avoid. Extremely unprofessional
