Had a day off work to take a hair strand test. Woman called to tell me she was going to be late. I asked were she was, she was 87 miles away on the M1. I said your on the wrong road, trying to help her, she then went crazy and said "Im coming from another job" i will cancel the job i asked "Why would you do that" and heard no more. Who employs these type of people? I then tried to ring up asking whats going on and recieved no answer. Ive let my hair grow for 4 months, had time off work for what? To be messed about.

Bad establishment I do not recommend dealing with them. I paid money to take a DNA test, didn't get an appointment at the clinic and they haven't returned my money anymore and I'm now in the third week of waiting for the unknown
