I have used Dmitriy on two occasions - once to fix parts in my cistern and another time to replace my water pump in the bathroom and I have found him: reliable, utterly trustworthy - not only work wise but at a time I was at home alone, I felt safe in his presence and would gladly let him work in my home without me there, on time, extremely thorough and ensures the work is done to the highest standard. He never rushes the job. Great service.
