Basically if you want to drive old smelly BT vans with speed restrictions of 64 mph Mon-fri for pennies this company is for you. Not trade plate driver this is BT van driver …. Remember join any other company Atleast then you have a normal car and you get paid a lot more work 16 hours a day you still won’t clear £100 with dmn they are so desperate for drivers always recruiting WHY? because most drivers that join end up leaving so save yourself time.

Would not recommend using this company, driver drove my car 40 miles further away back to his house and then said it had a fault. We then arranged recovery to get the car back to us with no faults and what we believe to be driver error. They then still sent us an invoice

As an employer (Sub-contract s/e basis) this company is THE best logistics company I've worked for. Friendly & very efficient staff in the offices who are always on hand to help. Good back-up & 24 hour support when needed. After talking to some of the other s/e drivers, I now know why their drivers have been with them for years.

I have worked for DMN for 3 weeks now. I was looking for something different after the charity I was a senior manager for had to close after being hit hard during COVID earlier this year. There have been a couple of hickups in traffic/transport but the driver support team are always extremely supportive and look for a solution plus there are contributions to public transport costs where they are expensive. I have found them friendly and helpful and look to work with you to achieve your jobs for the day, plus if you cant make your last job they find another solution to get you home, including collecting a different vehicle nearer to where you are. There can be long days (you cant help traffic as a driver) but there can also be shorter days too. Often early mornings but being an early riser this doesn't bother me. You need to be organized and plan your day, but already I have learned as a I go on how to make this work better. I can highly recommend these guys if you are a) looking for something new b) like to meet people c) like driving/travelling d) don't mind long days.

Do not be fooled by the negative reviews on here. I have been working for DMN for two weeks now and they have been faultless. Everyone is super friendly in the office and they are always really helpful. So far I've had one job I couldn't get to because of delays on public transport, they simply cancelled the job and found me something else closer that would get me home. I've also had a breakdown which was out of normal working hours and Yvonne who controls the out of hours operations was extremely helpful, made sure I was ok and kept checking in until recovery arrived and then checked in with me the following day to make sure I was ok. Do not start this job thinking you will have an easy life because it can be hard work and you can have some long days, but you can also have some very short days. As much as it can be hard work it is also very rewarding getting to drive some lovely vehicles and visit some lovely parts of the country.

Avoid. They lost my log book, Sat/Nav Card & missed a scratch from the front of the roof to the rear. When I finally managed to get through and speak to someone, they told me the job was to collect and deliver a car (not the paper work). Moreover, when they delivered the vehicle, they signed the receipt of it on my behalf in my absence, without my consent. I have used delivery companies for 15 years and have never left a negative review, but this time I felt compelled to do so because they were very unhelpful in every way.

Dreadful company to work for left me stranded several times and do not pay travel expenses. The company I work for now does as do most these days. May I add that trade plating by standing on the side of a road is a form of vagrancy for which you can be given a fixed penalty of £80 as it is a form of begging. Come on DMN get in line with other tradeplating companies and start paying travel expenses and please don't give the Bull**** that you don't get travel paid by your customers. All companies pay expenses in the job. It's simple you are just pocketing them. Shame on you. If you think my words are actionable then sue me bring it on. One final thing your other reviews saying your company is the bees knees are totally and utterly fake, unless the people writing them have a screw loose. Your fooling no one. Garry.
