This place has staff that have no care or interest. Me and my wife went for a visit to have my skin inspected. Firstly the doctor asked what is wrong? So no medical history given or provided or bothered to be seen? Secondly he assumed these were insects bites but they are not as my wife who I sleep with have none AND I’ve explained this has been on going for 5 years…(or more). The appointment lasted 2minutes by the way. The worst of thing is, Dr Ronnie Cooper lied on the statement letter sent back stating “when he goes Bangladesh he gets these bites”. We did not have a conversation as such talking about my nationality and that I get those bites from Bangladesh. Can the doctor confirm when I went last? I can’t remember myself.. it’s a pure lie! Don’t waste my time, people like you are the reason why I don’t bother turning up to a doctor’s appointment. Shocking a lying doctor in your building. I have no reason to write a review, give you more of a reason to believe this is the truth. Message me for more info. Happy to talk to the boss if one is bothered

Biopsy results given in April with an appointment for 25th April which was cancelled, follow up required to prescribe medication. Still no appointment and have been told today there are still no appointments available. Absolutely ridiculous surely they can write to my GP to say what treatment is required. I will be writing to DNC and the NHS

Too busy to care about you. This practice is understaffed and the front desk staff there couldn’t care less about about the quality of care. I went to register my baby a few weeks ago, before going in to fill out the form, I called to make sure would be okay, the staff said that would be okay, but upon arrival the person at the front desk was annoyed that I some how got through the front door. Eventually I was helped and my baby was registered. This set the tone for my next experience. Now 7 weeks later, we have twice tired to book an appointment for my baby. The first time we called too early, apparently you can’t book a vital checkup with your GP when you need to do it. Now my partner calls later in the week and all the appointments are gone. Which parent has time with a newborn to be on the phone to the GP everyday to be told you can’t book a slot? Invest in some type of online booking system so I don’t need to talk with the rude staff at the front that are overwhelmed, and make a choice to be less than helpful. Will edit this review once somethings changes.

Spoke to a girl called kelisha. She was so curt wv a sharp tone, no customer care, I felt so insulted as she let her frustration out saying NHS doctors are here to treat people not to write a medical note for you. If you want one, you need to pay 33 pounds even if you are on £36/wk UC.

Have been trying to book an appointment by telephone and have been on speed dial for over an hour in total and no one answers the phone. This is not acceptable and is a very bad service, bring back Medway Hospital dermatology Department. This has happened two days in a row.

Dreadful appointment system. I have been attending appointments with my daughter every four weeks for the past four months. Each time I have to phone to book an appointment. If I phone four weeks in advance there are no clinics set up yet and when I have phoned two weeks in advance there are no appointments left. It takes along time to get through on the phone, the last three times I have been holding for 20 minutes with two calls ahead of me, 30 minutes with five calls ahead of me and now I have been on hold for nearly three hours with nine calls ahead of me now down to three calls ahead of me, there have been three calls ahead of me for the past hour.
