We had a very good experience with DM Windows. We were looking for custom designed internal partition, and DM were the only ones with reasonable lead times, plus they had a showroom not far from us. Zuzanna was able to see us on a weekend (outside of normal opening hours), walked me through the options, etc. There was one small production hiccup, but it was quickly resolved and we've got a beautiful bespoke product we were not able to achieve with other national distributors. Adam and the installation crew were also great, had everything fitted and finished much faster than I expected and with a tidy finish. I'd happily work with DM Windows again and recommend them

Avoid at all costs. We spent around £23k pounds on news windows from DM and have had nothing but issues. Late delivery, very poor customer support throughout and windows delivered with faults that they are yet to repair despite acknowledging the issue. This has resulted in us having to take legal action against the firm to get a resolution. Overall quality of the windows isn’t very good despite what they advertise. Avoid at all costs!

New windows on the back of the house, great quality and the service, price good. A big window had a crack in it - inevitable at some point on a big piece of glass at delivery - but it was sorted in an instant, with absolutely no bother - replaced. Sliding door a bit out of kilter at fitting, again sorted with no bother. Every contact is trouble free, really quick, always really polite, incredibly efficient. We're really happy with the windows and the service/ customer care. They've always been in and out in a moment, clean & tidy. If I need windows again I'm coming back to them. Really great, thanks.
