We used DM & Co Premium to sell our house in Solihull in March. They were fantastic from start to finish. Elaine represented us and conducted all viewings personally, and although we had some challenges, due to the moving market trends, she got us through them with good humour and professionalism. We have bought and sold several houses in Solihull over the last 20 years and working with Elaine, Kathy and the DM & Co team was honestly the best experience to date. I would highly recommend them! Selling houses is a stressful experience and using DM & Co certainly limited this for us.

I have just use DM & Co's services to let a refurbished buy to let properly. It went on the market at 10am last Wednesday and a deposit was left by our new tenant by 4 pm same day.
