Please avoid this store. Save your time, energy and money. I tried to purchase an item they advertised as ‘in stock’ and never got anywhere. After confirmation of my order I wait a week and receive no disapatch details. So I had to contact DLS as they hadn’t informed me of any delays. Response I get - ‘we had to get one in from supplier, but should be sent to you this week’….A week later no dispatch details and zero communication from DLS so I reached out again… this time ‘we still haven’t received it from supplier, I will contact them again’… another week and half later - nothing. So I contact DLS again and have to wait 2 days for a response just to say we haven’t got it we can issue you a refund…. Great! so after nearly a month of you taking my money, zero communication initiated from your side I am left with a few days to try and find this equipment before a dive trip. If you could have been honest from the very start, informed me that your web-sight was incorrect and the item was not in stock I would have ordered else where or initiated the refund earlier. Quite possibly some of the worst customer service dept or lack of one. Working days are Tuesday-Thursday. So good luck trying to get a response on any day other then these. As previously said. Stay away. Use mikes dive store or DIR Direct.

Waited months on item arriving as out of stock only for them to be sent while I was on holiday. I dont always check emails so missed the update from DiveLife. No notification from post office and eventually item returned to store. No issues so far. Then received a phone call from one of the most abrupt, patronising people I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Some American guy who clearly had an attitude and complete lack of customer service experience. Never again! Absolutely appalling! Avoid this place like the plague. ** 12 days on and still no refund issued so far. No replies to emails either**

Tried to return an item, but was met with unexpected hidden fees. When I called to speak to them about it, I was told that all hidden costs are included at time of purchase but when you return the item, the company needs to recoup the hidden fees and so I am now left out of pocket. Very Dissatisfied and will not be recommending.
