Very professional and prompt response to our query. Dan was able to come out to us the next day (as agreed, a non urgent matter), communicated his arrival time and arrived in time. He fixed the issue in good time, at all times keeping us up to date with what he was doing. Also recommended some further remedial work which we will get done, although with no pressure from Dan to commit to further expense. All round, a great service from a professional, friendly and authentic tradesman. Will use again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Found Dan through Google as a local electrician in the next village. Sent the email request for a quote over the weekend and got a response straight away. Dan came to the house to quote for the work which was received the same day. Price agreed and date set for installation of isolator switch to induction hob and installation. Gap for new hob was slightly smaller than the one going in and in no problem was the surface sawn so it could be fitted properly. All done in a really good amount of time and not even a drop of dust to be seen. We love the new installation and can’t thank Dan enough for his service.
