    Sold me a Vauxhall astra which there claimed was serviced and checked by AA fully before sale, i received it by delivery and discovered a faulty gearbox which was grinding like mad , after i tried to get hold of them they hung up i tried to email they didnt reply . i then stated under consumer rights act 2015 i require to return and get refund of the car they agreed to pay for repair . when i then sent them details to send money they they didn't send it . i sent a garage diag or the work required costing £800-£3000 in a formal letter also stated this will be taken to court . DKS motors then said im wasting there time and '' do you want the repair money or not '' this is still pending a court case now . do not go here at all . and car came with scratches and dents on which wernt in pictures .
