I left feeling refreshed and energised. All precautions in place for reopening post Covid lockdown. A lovely addition to my stay at the Principal hotel.

The therapist was careful to ask in detail about a trapped nerve I reported on the questionnaire, and did a great job working on my lower back, shoulders and neck. The chap on reception was kind enough to look after our suitcases, saving my partner the trouble of carrying them up to the hotel café while she waited.
