    The worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. John Lewis PLC used them to fix my TV. Long story short, I took JL to court due to DKavs' incompetence and won. Avoid this company at all costs.

    They outdid themselves. I had a faulty audio connection on my Sony a7Riii. While my camera was in. They did a full service, software update and the camera was returned to me within 4 weeks with working audio. I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys. I will be using you again.

    If i could give 0 stars i would, our TV is covered by John Lewis and was taken away by this company who after 3 weeks failed to find a fault, they returned our tv apparently "fixed" but when it was returned the very same day we had the exact same issues. Previous to them taking away the TV they had multiple visits round to establish the issue but failed. Would not advise using them at all. UPDATE We called the manufacturer asking for advice on a fix, we went through a few steps one of which was a factory reset of the tv something DK Audio Visual Services failed to do, be cautious about your tv going to them for repair via the john lewis warranty as they charge £100 to john lewis for call outs, maybe thats why our tv was not fixed?

    Took a TV in with a black screen and a projector with probably a replacement bulb needed? The receptionist was very pleasant and took a £50 inspection fee. Almost 3 weeks later we had to call for update , despite having our email and contact mobiles. Quoted £377 over the phone to fix projector and £166 to fix TV. No breakdown of quote or indication of problems? Some kind of scrappage scheme? But will have to call them back again! Not recommended!

    So far so good - My Samsung 50" SMART TV stopped working 3 days ago and they are confident in knowing what the problem is without examining the device. I have sent them a photo of the relevant details so they can order whatever part it is & I will keep you posted! It would be nice to know what the problem is but hopefully that will become apparent once I meet an engineer. I will go 4 stars currently but that might go up or down subject to developments.

    Replacement TV incorrectly fitted by this company. 2nd visit resulted in cabling being stretched. Called in separate company after giving them another chance to fix. This cost £50, multiple calls and emails and agreed refund, however refund never received. Not to be trusted, honesty is not their policy

    Horrible experience, repair centre kept making mistakes with ordering the required repair parts and did not do anything to get my camera returned to me ASAP. I had to chase them up nearly a dozen times and got vague answers back that do not help my case. It ultimately took them around 4 months for them to send me my camera back repaired after having to chase them up all this time. Enclosed with the camera, there was a document with some details of the warranty claim and the repair's details. On it, it said that I had sent the camera off for repair sometime in February and they had fixed it and sent it back to me 3 days later. This is a blatant lie and an attempt by them to cover up the fact that they took 4 months over a promised 14 day turnaround. Horrible service and I'm frankly worried about ordering Panasonic products in the future as I would have to deal with DKAVS again for my under-warranty repair claims.

    Dealt with DK Audio as part of a warranty claim with John Lewis for a 4/5 year old Samsung 4k TV. John Lewis booked the original appointment and then the rest of the organisation was done by DK and myself. They phoned to understand the issue and then agreed that best resolution was to order a replacement part in the first instance. They took the information they needed and phoned me back within the week once the part arrived and organised a fitting date. Technician (Terry) was really nice guy, fitted the part quickly and helped setup the TV again. Really impressed.
