Darren has been our gardener for a number of years, I was a single mum with a new baby so dubious about strangers around our home, but Darren arrived and put my mind at rest immediately, he was and still is professional, very friendly and always happy to help, offer any advice and stays until the work is finished. Darren is very genuine, very fair with his prices and polite, my child adores seeing Darren who talks to him about what he’s doing and happy to answer all his questions (which there’s always plenty from a 3 year old) Darren is very reliable and trusting, I have left the doors open multiple times to let himself in and work when I’m not home with no problems or concerns at all. I am a childminder and always have children around, Darren is always professional around the children, engages in conversation with them/communicates with them which they all love and happy to acknowledge and watch hi work I have built a relationship withDarren which is honest and easy, I feel I can talk to Darren about a number of personal issues, as he has shared with me too.
