Absolutely amazing place to see cracks, slab crackers and small watery orifices.

What can I say! I doubt there are any words in the English language, or any for that matter, that can best describe how amazing this place is! If you have revision to do and are feeling stressed, go here. Nothing will make you feel more at ease than the soothing sound of the water as it emerges from its wee hole and bounces off the smooth slabs before retreating back down between the cracks. I remember the first time I walked down the steps towards the Portland building, life just changed for the better. Everything became more clear. Everything made sense. I felt so focused. Looking around I could see hope in the eyes of other students. They were smiling! Laughing! Having fun! The University of Nottingham was awesome before, but my dayz, the addition of the Djanogly amphitheatre really does push the boundaries of what a uni can be and should be! If there's one place you must visit in your lifetime, make it the Djanogly amphitheatre! You won't regret it!
