I was very excited to order a Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX4 for my daughter early December 2022 for Christmas. Unfortunately I was not told at the time of purchase that this was not in stock and now approaching mid Jan 2023, there’s still no news as to when it may be sent or refunded. You should inform your customers at the point of purchase if the item is in stock or not.

I was looking to buy a mixer to go with Numark decks, I was in Birmingham visiting from Devon around April time and come across this great store tucked away next to the custard factory . David who happened to be there gave me some very sound advice and after a discussion I decided to purchase the Numark scratch mixer ,it's the biz ,well pleased as it was for my son who's in his late 20s. My partner ordered a unit from this company and waited 3 months and couldn’t wait any longer! So He asked for a refund and still waiting for money to go into his account. £1700.00 still not received even though they have said its left there finance company. His bank have said nothing is waiting to clear it’s been 8 days since David at dj tech direct said he received the refund request email. This is the most unreliable company we have ever used and can never get through on the phone and emails are rarely replied to certainly not straight away. My advice is go somewhere else

I was pretty nervous about placing an order for DJ decks and speakers with so many options but plumped for DJ Tech Direct and so glad I did. David and his team could not have been more helpful and patient with my questions and everything duly arrived safely and on-time. I cannot reccomend DJ Tech Direct more highly as a trustworthy, helpful and informative supplier.

We have just popped in here again a couple of years after our first visit with my son (now 12). He is so helpful and kind to my son who is just learning to DJ. You might think as a mum it could be a bit of an intimidating store to go into but the guy that runs this place is so welcoming and knowledgeable and gives us great practical advice. Fantastic customer service - we purchased from here before and we will definitely purchase from here again.
